| ABC Catering & Café Inc. is located in Pelahatchie, Mississippi. It is operated by Virgil Salvo and Brett Ashy, who are primarily focused on providing a customized catering service in the tri-county area of Hinds, Rankin, & Madison counties. President, Virgil Salvo and Vice President, Brett Ashy have over 25 years of combined catering and food service experience. Prior to starting ABC Virgil Salvo was the director of Dining Services at an upscale retirement community, where he oversaw dining operations and developed a catering program with Brett Ashy who holds a degree in the culinary arts. A 65 seat eat-in café also provides the local community with a quality and value priced place to eat lunch. 2nd Street Café offers a variety of southern traditional and Cajun menu items. Special catering services are also available such as wedding receptions, reunions, and pick up special orders, all of which are priced to accommodate those who want a quality catered event at a fair and affordable price. |
